We offer small group classes run in progressive blocks. These are taken by, or overseen by, our highly skilled physiotherapists. It is COMPULSORY that ALL NEW CLIENTS, or those pre/post-natal, book in for an INITIAL CLINICAL PILATES appointment with one of our physiotherapists. This will not only ensure you get the most out of your class, but also ensure your safety and the safety of your classmates. These individualised sessions are what will make the difference to your class experience, we guarantee! We offer Initial Clinical Pilates sessions (1hr) or Express Initial Pilates sessions (30min) for those with previous pilates experience or a limited medical history.

Our advanced Mat classes will challenge you with strength, stability, balance and stamina. Who says Pilates is easy? These classes require a good level of fitness. You will work hard in our safe hands.

Our falls prevention class is a physiotherapy led session designed to reduce your risk of falls and improve your balance, strength and coordination. Our highly skilled physio will guide you through the exercises to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and getting the most out of your session. They will also give you tips on exercises you can do at home. If you are interested in this class, please contact the clinic directly to arrange a pre-class Initial Assessment with the instructor. This is a pre-requisite to the class, this will give the Physio insight into your mobility, balance and individual goals.

The feet are regarded as the fundamental support for the body, and clinically we often see that incorporating appropriate stretches and exercises contribute to injury prevention and improved biomechanics. Optimal benefits for the feet are typically achieved through the performance of proper foot exercises, leading to enhanced mobility, strength and support. Unfortunately however, we often forget how important it is to look after our feet. These pilates for feet classes allow you to really reap the benefits of working consistently on your feet.

Come and join Lara at the Barre! This increasingly popular exercise regime incorporates the precision of Pilates with the positions, moves, grace and technique of ballet. Add to this the alignment of yoga and the strength from sports conditioning and you will have all of the aspects of a typical Barre workout. The combined elements of the different methods fuse to form a challenging and exciting workout, which stretches and sculpts the muscles, whilst burning fat. Balance, strength, stamina, power, flexibility and motor control all improve.

Our Advanced reformer classes requires a sound level of fitness and good knowledge of pilates techniques. You should have a comprehensive understanding of the reformer machine and how to set up for each exercise. This will assist in the flow of the class and allow fluid transitions between exercises. The aim is to keep the pace and get ready to challenged in body and mind. And to have fun!
