Our Beginner reformer classes are ideal if you are new to reformer pilates. You will work with beginner level exercises to strengthen and mobilise your body. You will learn about the reformer machine and to manage the machine and get the most from your workouts. The reformer allows a great level of feedback for the body, it's great to challenge the body with the springs and straps. It can also offer support where needed. These classes are also good if you are returning to reformer after a break, or if you like to revise the basics and your pilates technique.

Our improver reformer classes are designed to move things up from beginner to allow you to progress. Learn new exercises, enjoy greater variety of moves, increase the flow of the session - all at an appropriate level. Modifications will continue to be taught for you as you need. A great next step after beginner - offering a bit more challenge for your body and your mind!
